    ~ATSI SST-450 Surge Suppressor Tester~

    Excellent condition. Looks almost like new. There is a small issue with it. The battery compartment has plastic tabs that hold the 9v batteries in place (bad design in our opinion). One of those plastic tabs broke off and fell into the unit causing a slight rattle. To remedy the situation we put a piece of plastic in between the bottom of the battery and frame to hold the 9v battery in place. It is working fine. Comes with leads and accessories as shown.
