Listed as used only because I know nothing about the history of item. I think it is brand new. No signs of wear. I plugged it up and tested it. Sounds great. Has 220 volt plug. Have instructions.

BT-7100C Hand Held Power Threader is designed to
drive Berkley 40000 series drop heads and RIDGID
12R heads. Unit comes complete with a support clamp
which offsets the threaders torque while threading.
Unit weighs only 30 lbs., yet can thread up to 2".
