    The unit will ship insured, so the buyer must claim any shipping damage upon receipt if the box shows any damage. buyer pays for any return shipment and insurance. the original packaging must be saved and used to return the shipment.

    We will provide a warranty for 14 days starting when the equipment is delivered. If you have any problems with the equipment let us know immediately. we may try to repair it and return it to you. or we will give a full refund. You must request an RMA within 14 days of receipt. The warranty void/ cal void seals must not be broken. if they are the warranty is void. We mark modules and use tamperproof seals avoid anyone parts swapping.
    We will try to ship as soon as possible.We do not pack units until they are purchased. if the sale is an auction we can start packing once we see a bid on the item. you can always place a higher bid later. and we can ship sooner. Please allow up to 4 business days to ship. on larger and more expensive items we have packaged by a shipping company that uses foam in place.  it can take a day or two to get that done, so thats why we ask you to allow 4 days. we will do our best to help expedite shipping if needed.
