HP 5328B Universal Counter w/ Options 010 & 031 NASA Surplus. Condition is "For parts or not working".
NASA Surplus, removed from service. Sold as is, I don't have the equipment to fully test it. Powers on and reads basic signals. Picture shows 25M Hz input signal.
Option 010 adds a high stability time base.
Option 031 adds a 1.3 GHz C-channel.
