Instructions:
1. Make strips: Cut a strip of parallel strips at a 45-degree angle according to the width you need.
2. With the reverse side of the belt-up device facing up, insert the prepared strip from the wide mouth and use the awl tip to pull the strip out of the front of the belt.
3. Fix the front end of the pulled strip with a positioning pin on the ironing board. While pulling the belt, pull the iron close to the front end of the webbing, and let the pulled strip be ironed immediately.
Instructions for use:
Example: 12MM belt maker, prepare a diagonal strip of 24mm width, which needs to be longer than the expected length. When in use, cut the front end of the strip into a triangle shape for placement. From the large end of the belt, the small end is out. After pulling out the strip, tidy it up and iron it with an iron.
tips:
6mm is the finished width of the edging strip. Prepare a 12mm wide diagonal cut strip with a 3mm edge (with edging strips folded in half)
12mm is the finished width of the edging strip. Prepare a diagonal strip of 24mm width with a 6mm edge (with edging strips folded in half)
18mm is the finished width of the edging strip. Prepare a 36mm wide diagonal cut strip with a 9mm edge (with edging strips folded in half)
25mm is the finished width of the edging strip. Prepare a diagonal strip of 46mm width with a side of 11.5mm (with edging strips folded in half)
